The second kick is a high and has jump properties that doesn't avoid lows so when you see them leaping at you to do the combo you can just 2P or duck since they'll be at a disadvantage during the recovery to go BTed. You can't really do anything if you guard it since she's +1 and the high kick tracks iirc
that move can be quite annoying, it's hard to outrage cause if the first part doesn't clip ya the second part will cause it has deceptively long range so you kind just have to deal with. but remember, 66kk4 is a mid high string that doesn't jail, so you either duck the second hit and get some BT combos if you're fast enough, or just hold high when you see the first part of the string
and since most Ayanes will either commit to 66kk4 or just dial out the whole string, this should work reliably enough, however, because of it's speed, this string practically unholdable on reaction in an online setting, so alot of fraudulent Ayanes will use it as free way to get in, when it totally isn't, so keep that in mind when trying to deal with it, sometimes your just gonna have to eat that fake pressure online
If you guard it, fuzzy guarding might be your best option to avoid the P/T mixup. But 7 out of 10 times, an experienced Ayane player will just go for BT 2P.
It's pretty much been said, just duck the high, then you're in control. If an Ayane player is relying on that to get in, they're not playing the character correctly.
