Injustice 2 but mainly since it feels too gimmicky and the special attack properties with equipment and all that is too confusing. It's sad since the game looks good and visually is impressive but the direction is everywhere. Even the lifebar set up is confusing imo

Definitely Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Battle 22 (PS1). Luckily I never bought it as I borrowed it way back in the past many many years ago, but it was by far one of the worst games I've ever played and still meme'd as one of the worst fighting games in history. It's a disgrace to the Dragonball franchise.

Real talk, the only thing good about that DBZ game was the intro.

There were other pretty bad fighting games such as Kimiko Warriors, Shaq Fu, and Capcom Fighting Evolution, but they more or less had a cheesy fun factor behind it despite how bad they were.

Shaq fu, Dragonball Z final bout, Street Fighter 1, Street Fighter the movie the game, Way of the Warrior, Kasumi Ninja, Bio Freaks, too many to name, but lets face it, ALOT of early fighting games were ass, glitchy, unplayable, QA was non-existence levels of ass,

Oh yeah he's right, forgot about SF the movie game and Final Bout. Those were pretty bad too lol.

Final bout had that fire ass intro and then the game starts and it's like "uh, why isn't my character turning around when I switch sides?", early days of fighting games were some shit, even the stuff that held up as classics are pretty unplayable imo, (has anyone actually tried to play MK1 recently? holy moly), but i guess enough nostalgia will make you pull through

Worse fighting game: Both Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Battle 22 and GT Final Bout, a shame really. Capcom Fighting Jam was basically Mugen from Capcom themselves, smh.
