None for Kasumi and Phase and I like Kasumi's outfit best but mainly for the gothic Lolita shoes and skirt xD

It’s funny how Kasumi despite being one of the best characters in the game get buffed, but characters that actually need buffs like Marie, Bayman and Raidou get nerfed. It’s like they’re catering to people that use these characters.
