If I were counting options, I'd say KoF 2002-on but in RoTDs it's a tag game that allows runs and rolls. I like overall how it feels. Basically Angel was based on this game as there's similar normal routes. It had a cool feature where you get an attack that allowed a follow-up juggle to carry full-screen. You had to input the following prompt of attacks. Was fun and speedy w/o the complex movement of standard KoF

The co-developer of this game was Mexican and the lead dev was named Angel. Basically had a bet to put whatever in the next SNK game. SNK v the parent Mex company in a game of KoF98 You could take a guess who won. Iirc that was pretty much it
