SonicFox played DOA6 early on (like back in March months ago...), but was always an MK11/DBFZ guy. Is SonicFox actually good at Tekken 7?

@Force_of_Nature Not any better than you or I. Dominique doesn't do well in more footsie focused fighting games and does rely on annoying gimmicks and unknown tech. Not dismissing him but it's what he looks for if the game doesn't offer that kind of aggressive gameplay off the bat.

MK11 being more slower paced undermines his preferred style and his focus shifting to DBFZ, the game where you get popcorn during blockstrings is not surprising. He only got far that one time in SFV bc FANG was an unknown MU at the time. He's good but he needs a lot of tools to get his job done.

Albeit footsies isn't the pinnacle of fighting game skill, it's just something that not everyone can jive with. Same with overtly fast fgs with more scrambles and crazy riddic neutral options and shit to say, fuck neutral.
