Fatal rush is fine as is. The break hold on the other hand needs to be changed or removed. DOA does not need more holds.

I second this, holds need a cool down. You shouldn't be allowed to keep guessing after you've already fucked up multiple times

I remember back in the vanilla 5 days I had an idea where a meter was “performance” based, as in the better you fight, the faster the meter will fill. Part of that idea was that mashing a bunch of holds out of stun would decrease your meter a lot which could deter players from throwing them out all the time (especially those damn low holds). That was from a while ago tho, it probably wouldn’t work in DOA6 lol
