I don’t understand those type of people. I get people having criticisms for the game. But always complaining and pointing out how much you hate the game and then still keep playing it, is just weird.

Like I don't even like DOA6 either and you don't see me "hate-play" it every single day lol. the last time I played anything remotely DOA6 related was the ++ mod from rev which was back in Oct. 22, 2022 and that was only for about a day lol. The last time I played DOA6 online or competitively in general, was in 2019. That was 4 years ago.

You'd think by now people get the memo that if you don't like the game just don't play it, and let the people that do like it and enjoying it to keep playing it.

Then I came to the conclusion that it happens to be sheer copium from the same exact people that hate it who play nothing else but DOA with nothing better to do lol.

The mentality of playing something you hate has always made no sense to me. Same applies to posting on forums. I just move on. On the bright side, Overwatch 2 players, for instance, that hate the game but still play it are worse in comparison haha.

I don't remember Itagaki being primarily for male protagonists (in his own words, at least) over female protagonists when either or can share similar traits, regardless of gender. And most fighting games are coming out with male protagonists in them in a way one would consider sexist, anyway.
