apparently, some major retailers are still selling the XSX at the old price so look around if you're serious about getting one
part of me does want to secure one just in case, but another part of me knows i'm upgrading my PC so I might as well save money for that, but considering how expensive computer parts are getting maybe just getting a XSX at regular price will be cheaper overall, so much to consider :/

I'm not a fan of digital games so I'll stick with physical media on my XSX & PS5 pro consoles. Steam will only be for games on the Steam Deck OLED on the go. Microsoft choosing to announce their full price increases before Sony is an awful move. However for generation 10, the console that allows physical media will get my purchase. If a console goes full digital, I'm straight-up passing.
