    It's a reference to Saint Seiya, particularly the Gold Saint of the Virgo constellation. Shaka is distinctively known for being a heavy practitioner of Buddhism, and as a result, always has his eyes closed 90% of the time. Normally reserved in combat, It is only when he is provoked to unleash his cosmo that he opens his eyes, which is a rarity.

    I'm thinking about it. Last year was a bad experience, seeing as a lot of people thought it was okay to bash me online a week after the event for "supporting the community poorly by playing poorly". So you'll have to forgive me for having second thoughts.

    Same production values as the Devil May Cry series, except it's a movie. Some scenes may be told differently due to time compression, but for the most part it's a faithful adaptation of the game.

    I sure hope that part about Marie Rose being paid DLC only applied to the Core Fighters version, and not for owners of the full game.

    1) Yeah, obviously. They also said they wanted to go for a "mature" sex appeal with DOA5 and that in general they wanted no DLC characters. They've backpedaled on both those things, so once they announced "DLC characters" and even "ultimate" in general, you kinda already know not to trust their initial statements.

    2) Just because X does something doesn't mean Y should or is going to. Tekken is more popular than DOA and I'm sure sells better. They're also paired with Namco's Soul Calibur and the such, so I doubt they need money as much as TN does to keep making content.

    To be honest, I don't really understand the whole thing. With core fighters being there, you would assume people who have the full game would receive her for free- since technically she will be paid DLC for core fighters... I think it's best just to wait it out. See what happens. Could just be a misinterpretation. If not, I also understand cause it was effort after the games release + she isn't on disc dlc.

    Whoa, whoa! So there IS another Alpha clone...? I'm not entirely sure how this is going to turn out. BTW GG's earlier - I had a feeling that Christie might have been one of Mila's tougher match ups.

    It is now that you can't follow up 6t with k for a mixup. She really needed that tool.

    However, when tagged with Christie, she still has great potential as an anchor. Her damage output is especially great in tandem with Christie's linkers (pp2pp, pkk, 2pp,h+kk).
