winning with a character and the tier is two different things,
anyone can win with anyone. The whole point of tiers is to look at a characters tools and what they can do , that's the difference , rachel lacks a lot of good tools which a lot of the cast has that's what makes her lower tier

Christie, Ayane and Kasumi are all arguably S-Tier characters. Rachel isn't quite in their league (and interestingly SonicFox sub-main's Rachel). But yes, in DOA5U, technically everyone is viable. Lol, I'm still waiting for someone to win a tournament with Ein xD. Also, remember that how a character performs online is not a valid guage of how effective they'd be offline.

Rachel is 5-5 with Hayabusa. I put 6-4 in Hayabusa's favor as to not get all the poor widdle Rachel players butthurt, but it's honestly 5-5. And being 5-5 with Hayabusa is not a good sign, lol

Rachel isnt low tier. Nor is she high tier anymore. But I use the worst character in the game (genfu) so im struggling against everyone

GenFu's got that #3PP though, so we've already established that he isn't TrashFu. Besides, he's already considered B-Tier by the Japanese community, whereas Ayane is only C-Tier -_- #Buffayane.
