Eliot sure but Jacky has a 12f jab (Ie:10 frame jab in DoA) If Lion was in DoA. He has an 11f jab in VF thus give him 9f in DoA. They did this with Pai as an example

Well,since many of the dlc costumes are for the female characters,guess I'm not surprised xD,but the male characters have their own strenghts too:Jann Lee,lots of damage from juggles,Zack has some good pressure tools,with Hayate you can play the spacing game really well and so on and so forth.

Yeah, he can get some good damage off of a basic stun. 9K is your friend for combos, as it relaunches. A good SDS combo can deal up to 60% health. Zack is cool.

Not a jab, but Eliot's 7P is already i9. Probably the most rewarding i9 move in the game on counter hit, it's a blind stun. Normal and HiC though... eh.

There isn't a Lightweight male in DOA except Eliot, who has the aforementioned i9 7P. 3 males have i11 mids that deal 18 damage from neutral too.

@Cr!msonWarrior How could I forget his damaging juggles,especially on Lightweight characters and Alpha.He can be a dangerous character to face if you don't know the match-up well,but I suppose that can be applied to all characters.

Not sure but isn't Jann Lee's P from his dragon stance 9i? I know it wouldn't count but still a 9i punch.
