I hate when someone beats you in 1 bar then picks your character thinking that they are better than you because they won in shitty conditions.

I actually did this alot in mk 9 when i would lose to raiden and kung lao, but not in a "im gonna do it better" way, i did it in a "i'm gonna spam the same 2 strings and 2 specials you've done for the whole match, see how you like it"

This is particularly funny when you main Ayane & Christie lol. Yes, the only reason why anyone wins in DOA is because of the character and never because of player skill -Code of the scrub #67

Usually when I do it with Christie, I win.

Only when the character themselves is a salt-pick. It's a common occurrence when I beat someone in a lobby only to have them switch to Christie on their second go. I beat them again, then pick Christie on the third match and win again.

Happens a lot with Momiji as well, but I'm not lame enough to pick her (even out of condescending irony).

People seem to pick Rig when they want to win more than Christie lately in my experience

Works for me. Easier opponent and I play him better.
