Its pretty easy to tell when a JL is fishing for an H+K, you'll either have a life lead or be in a really open space, you'll mostly see it after jab stuns or lift stuns, also, remember these 2 tips, 9K IS guaranteed after H+K, if you see a JL using that instead of a bs CB, he's legit, and the second one, H+K is a sitdown stun, so its free advantage, an H+K > DG is completely viable.

Spin the d-pad in circles continuously. You should be able to block it after continuous SEing. And yes, you should strive to never get stunned.

And strive to mash well.

So lessons to take away ;don't get hit with H+K, and mash/spin harder when you do, sound advice. It just makes me so mad cause i know that shit is not guaranteed, but H+K -> CB hits me every fucking time without fail. same thing happens with rig, but i can SE out of those at least.

Is there a chance that maybe your problem is more so with DOA Online then anything specific to Jann Lee or SE?

meh. who knows, but jann lee is def one of those characters i let get away with alot more button presses than he should, but i feel like that's more my fault than online
