He was actually banned for 6 months which ends in April but apparently he talked to brute. Brute that said that his ban would get shortened but I asked brute today if KL is getting unbanned this month or April. Brute told me that he would get unbanned in April. I told KL that I asked brute and then KL went on Twitter.

I said that I would consider reducing his ban period if he demonstrated a positive and observable change in reforming his behavior for the better. I also informed him that I saw no evidence of that happening, and upon hearing this, he proceeded to spam and harass me to the point that I had to block him. Suffice to say, upon consideration, I chose not to reduce his ban period. I have the PM exchange to prove this.

I NEVER said that I would reduce his ban period, nor did I suggest that his ban would be reduced if he continued to display the same behavior. I only said that if I saw change then I would consider it. I did consider it. I saw no change. Thus, the ban stays unaffected.

If he ever implied otherwise, he's either a liar or simply unable to comprehend basic English.

He called me a liar as well... He called me that because I asked Brute to shorten the ban to 3 months. I told him Brute might shorten it because it was a first offense but I never told him Brute shortened it. He needs to get out of this bubble and realize it’s his own fault.

Just checked out the Twitter rant. Good lord. He must know that the literal evidence disproves every last claim. Clearly he has learned nothing from his ban, and if he were to return he would bring this toxic behavior with him.

Perhaps six months was too short...

I don’t think making the ban longer will help, he’ll just rant on twitter and psn that it’s unfair and not his fault etc.

@Brute I don’t think that’s wise either. Just let these 3 months pass so his ban is over and then give him a final warning. If he does something then just ban him for a year or longer.

Then he would throw the exact same tantrum you suggested trying to avoid.

Hmm... Idk what to with him, I just don’t want him to be banned even longer than the 6 months he already got. I genuinely feel sorry for him even though it’s his own fault. Still, the decision is up to you and I just have to accept it.
