GGs :) For some reason I find it easy to crush Akira with 2p, parry with the punch parry and sidestep, so Hitomi has great defensive options against him. Maybe you should try more low attacks? Akira has great delayed low attacks that give stun too, experiment around.

I'm very sceptical about 7-3 matchups in this game. Equally skilled players generally win about half and half of their matches regardless of their mains. 6-4 yes, 7-3 doubtful in most cases. Since I'm not a tournament player please take this as a humble opinnion only. And Gen Fu... just... Gen...

Yeah, I can see that's a good technique. But a low wakeup kick will still beat it :) Some moves discussed hear can beat all wakeup options except for blocking, if timed perfectly.

A good opponent will see that you're in Bokuho stance and do the low wake-up kick. How fast can you transition out of it and do a low counter hold?

I'm just happy we are getting both Ein and Leon back so soon, only a year after the release of Vanilla. So what if there's a Jacky in there, nobody's forced to use him. As stated many times before, we should be happy our game is getting so much attention from the devs, it could be much much worse.

BigBoss is evidently a great offline player with quick reactive play, good reads, etc. Nice use of Hitomi. But, maybe it's the pressure of the tournament, but he didn't use optimal juggles at all times. After wall bounce PPP instead of 4KPPPP, and 7PK, PPP after critical burst launcher instead...

An i30 launcher would be interesting also in another way: You know how you can delay a critical burst a little so that even if they hold it correctly, it hits later, in the recovery frames, and the counter hold whiffs? This could increase attacker advantage similarly, if they try holding your...
