    Most of the problems the low tiers had still exist and the reason the top tier are great are mostly still there. I don't see the tiers shifting drastically. Bass vs Kasumi and Kokoro vs Christie are still as annoying as ever.

    I said Momiji's was free, but I do find it harder than Hayabusa's similar move. I think the timing on the T is a bit tighter or earlier on Momiji. It's just right after the two punches land, though.

    I attempt to 1T JAK as Kokoro sometimes. And then I realize that Kokoro is crap and her 1T is terrible now.

    Is that her 236P+KPP360T? You basically just tap P twice as 236P+K is playing out, then spin the stick and hit T right after the punches finish. Pretty free once you get used to it.

    Are you trying to attack after you tech back? 'Cause you should stop. Blocking is godlike. Only strike if you saw the other guy whiff something big through your tech and you know that you have frame advantage. EDIT: Unless they like oki throws, of course. I love oki throws.

    Honestly, I get away with a lot of stuff as Kokoro 'cause people don't sidestep. And then they do step and I do something dumb like like 5PP6P and it somehow hits 'cause it realigns somehow even though none of the hits track.

    If you want changes on Kokoro, I can tell them to you. There isn't really a list of changes for every character, though. Tiers are definitely a thing. Now this is just my opinion, but I feel that the tier list for 5U is basically the tier list for 5, except with the difference between tiers...
