Ok thanks. But I was hoping to learn more about it's frames on block. It gave huge advantage in the DOA5 1.03a version and was a great move to put some pressure on blocking opponents up close. Does it still have that capability or has the frame advantage from that move also been removed? 3P+K...

It makes zero sense for the second kick of 2H+KK not to stun, and be even negative on normal hit. All the opponent has to do is stand and block, and the move is useless. Other low strings that have two hits give at least a light stun. Christie's 2H+KP, Ryu's 1PK, Hitomi's 2KK, Leifang's 1KK...

Yeah basically when he's in flamingo, he frame traps you, and he has the option to go all heights, and he can grab you from it. If you're on the defense against flamingo Rig, you're in a very bad position that's very hard to get out of.
