    6P+K is essentially a low that could be held high. People usually block standing, so that's why it usually hits. It doesn't stun anymore, but it still hits when it used to hit.

    Most, if not all, characters have other options at the attack level their bound is at, though, and those options are usually better. So you're essentially mixing up a mid punch launcher that does 50 damage and a mid punch bound that does 30 damage most of the time.

    Right, I misunderstood what you meant by whiffing the second kick at first 'cause the part where she grinds her foot doesn't happen if the stomp connects when the other person is out of position.

    I have Turbo on and holding 4F and it still tech. EDIT: Still DOESN'T tech, that is. The cross under wakeup kick is pretty funny, though. EDIT: Does anyone know why exactly the last kick doesn't connect? In any case, guess this stomp situation isn't guaranteed either. Not that it was useful...

    Practice with fastest stagger in training mode and see how much you can delay each hit in your combos. Delay as much as you can so you have time to react to an immediate hold and do a throw.

    Kokoro gets pretty good damage from a bound. 5P+K 66P+K~P+K~P+K works from most bounds.

    That's why it got nerfed in this version. It has a good amount of recovery now so you can easily low throw it if you read it for a big chunk of damage.
