The only cost efficient modern console is basically the Xbox Series S, which doesn't come with a disc drive for physical media (and doesn't allow an add-on like the PS5 digital slim).

The Switch 2 is a little bit of a tough sell if it's going for $650 CAD when the PS5 costs between $480-$650 CAD for the non-pro versions. I'll look over to see how it compares with a Steam Deck OLED 512GB though which sells for $689 CAD.

On the otherhand, the price is competitive with the Steam Deck & Steam Deck OLED 512GB.
