Actually someone is working on that , so far you can edit the Camera for every frame . Other than that , it's not possible .

@KasumiLove Actually there is no need for a slot list riry sukisuki's DLC Tool automatically assigns the costume to any empty slot (from what I've seen so far), and it automatically adds all hairs , though it's not yet updated to work with Naotora Ii ...

You can't change the icon for default costumes (COS) because we can't find P files for them so we won't be able to change them unless we figure out how their icons are made.
