    If I didn't misunderstand the question . The answer is no , because no need for a tutorial , when you import the TMC the Bones are already linked to the meshes . You can get the TMC Importer plugin for blender (and most of the modding tools ) from here ...

    In lnk_reshuffle's Asset Browser search for .bin and you can find them click extract all , and you'll find the bin files in a folder called out in lnk_reshuffle's directory . Though lnk_reshuffle doesn't work on latest version of the game yet.

    They forgot to cleanup the New DLC when converting from Console to PC version , you can find texture for the ripped cloth pieces , and you can find small meshes with the name wgt_eff_xx eff most likely stand for (destruction) effect .
