Hacked version. We're not sure if that's practical since it mashes in the beta 3 characters onto beta 2. At the very least, Zangief there is now permanently in V-trigger because of this.

Well, that's just how the core playerbase likes it. If you remember the Evo panel, one of the worries that was brought up was that the game would be heavily patched - something which even then, Capcom addressed by saying that they prefer to let the game breathe and let the players develop the meta.

Ken is probably the better shoto. The main thing however is that he's harder to use than Ryu, who can just play footsies with st.mk and fireballs.

RISE UP! Street Fighter V on PS4 and PC

Once again you fall back into your habit of ignoring what's already know about high level play by using your own misconceptions about the game/genre, instead of actually trying to learn why these things happen in high level play and trying to learn from them. Yes she is once you stop playing...

Maybe he just wants to press buttons and see stuff/combos happen like you'd get in a 3D fighters like DOA/VF where you can hit PPP and have a string come out. That's not happening in SF and it's more important to learn poking and footsies. As for Alex, compare with something like this from...

RISE UP! Street Fighter V on PS4 and PC

There's no "command training" because there aren't any strings you need to memorize. Most every block string, combo, etc. that you'll need to learn is stuff that gets developed by the community as the game's meta grows. As for your matches, your main problem is that you jump too much. What you...
