I'll humor you with the Narmaya DLC. A completely new character model, new animations (all her attacks, specials, supers, special ending in the super, unique character specific interactions with other supers), new voices (Jap, Eng), unique intro and outros with every character in the game, Story...
You play SC6 and DOA6 too right? I hope those games and every other game you play don't reuse assets. And I'm not missing out on anything by skipping Power rangers, fantasy strike, or FEXL.
Then I'm suppose to believe you who claim creating new characters in GBVS is suppose to be easy because you're a game developer or something. More baseless claims with no evidence... And then other random things like depth now factor into the price? wth? lmao. You are trying way to hard pulling...
You made the claim that GBVS lacked content but can't even name anything that is missing. Then you avoid the question and move the goalpost when you made the claim in the first place. I know you guys love to bail out when asked to provide evidence but c'mon lmao. If it's missing something you...
@Force_of_Nature I like how you can only say "it is because I say so" and can't actually point out anything. Too bad I'm not like other people here who instantly believe things just because a person says so. GBVS was worth $60. SG is worth the $2 I paid for it. The other games aren't even worth...
@Hold_Junkie93 An update for a game that has existed for over a decade vs a game that just came out. If you really can't understand the difference between them then I cannot help you. GBVS could have skipped adding, alt weapons, Eng dub, unique interactions, lobbies, or anything else but they...
Indie games, games that don't look half as good as GBVS, games with less content, an update, and a F2P version of a full priced game that has even less content. Go ahead and compare everything in those game with their DLCs to each other too.
@Force_of_Nature "Overpriced DLC characters" when they cost the same as other DLC characters. Then went from "lack of content" to it being "nothing special" and now it's "not enough to justify full price". Why is that the case again? Are you ever going to give a concrete answer as to why? And...
@Hold_Junkie93 When Sega does all the things you mentioned before then sure, I'll side with you. Until then, all you're doing is comparing a new fighting game to an update.
Every new fighting game had a small roster. If roster size is such an issue then just don't ever play a new fighting game. DOA6 is not a new game. So what is missing in GBVS that makes it overpriced? And we really using delayed based netcode as a talking point? Should I go back to every game...
@Force_of_Nature "GBVS is also scandalous being a fully priced game with only, like, 11 characters at launch, lack of content, and overpriced DLC characters in its first 2 months."
@Force_of_Nature then at least don't blindly make up stuff just because you want to. And delay a completed game until the DLC characters are finished? When that becomes normal for fighting games I'll join your stance. I know nothing about KI and I have no interest in it but is it doing amazing...
How did GBVS fail? It is a new fighting game focused on simplified mechanics so it was never going to be big in the FGC. Then it is also an anime game no one knows about so count the majority of the public out too. Having less DLC is not going to do anything. It's just another niche anime...
