I can't find the digital deluxe edition in the store and i can't even buy the standard digital version, what could be the problem?

Does any progress made in the demo from last week carry over to the full game like online rank and unlocks? Also, does the full game's command list give move names or just the moves?

Local stores just confirmed they wont be selling any special editions so I'm just going to buy the digital deluxe edition om my PS4 and maybe just buy a physical copy some other time, maybe for xbone (to ensure it stays in good condition since I don't plan on playing it on xbone.

I thought the demo would have a few more fights for the story mode besides the first fight and nothing more but I'm kinda ok with that. It forces me to play online. I'm surprised I'm actually getting some wins since I'm getting lagged a lot.
