Leon's stomp is just his old on the ground kick. It doesn't tech you up or anything, it's just a regular OTG attack which everyone has one of.

The Airship Carrier is more of a "Final Destination" than Forest. Very large wide open space with walls at the very edge of each side. With the dark tone to boot.
