Great topic. Sadly, and as Rikuto and others have already stated, the game doesn't allow most of the cast to take control of footsies and turtling strategies.

I like using the throws that leave her + a lot. 64T,6T and a raw 44T without the follow-up. They're nice.

Nothing really. It could be useful in tag because you can immediately change character and do something but Tina by herself can't. Don't use that move.
