I won't press the matter but most of the Helena players out there are using tech that you came up with so I think making one mistake is probably all right in the grand scheme of things.

It's not a big deal we all make mistakes. It means if you don't tech up you will be forced up anyway so Helena still gets a bunch of frame advantage to continue her offensive pressure. If you are being force tech'd then you are probably not teching right, are you perhaps busy slow escaping...
