This I would agree with this, TN are simply making mistakes. For instance why would anyone with half a brain make her BT grab i15? The grab does pathetic damage and guarantees nothing at all. Has to be a result of a derp moment or lousy programming.

If possible could you list everything that is better about Helena now than back in DOA4? I only say everything cause I expect the list to be small lol

Did they at least change the properties on some of her moves? In the videos they only used her DOA4 combo's with the exception of ending her BKO grab string with 8P>whatever the input is. It would be a shame is we are stuck doing the exact same combo's that we are doing now.

I don't think I could ever drop Helena. I'd stop playing the game before that happened. Which is what happened with SCV, I didn't drop Ivy but I did stop playing the game.

Sounds good, It would be nice to see some DOA5 Helena stuff. Those two videos only showed a powerblow and that's about it. I'd love to see how her sit down stuns work and maybe a CB combo.

You are basically gonna be stuck playing DOA4 whilst other characters can play DOA5. You can't pressure blocking opponents seeing a you don't get + frames on pretty much anything, if they block anything you get grabbed, your sit down stuns are pretty much useless, you can't CB easily and your...

I've been looking at how we as a community have reacted to Helena in DOA5 and after looking at some of my own posts I realised that I've been bagging on her hard, primarily in the hope TN would notice and fix her up a bit and also... cause... well watching your character getting nerfed is...

I remember DrDogg saying that all of her CB's are mid punches, that might indicate she has one from BKO or just multiple ones from FF, but it's just a guess on my part.

The best tool she had was her 3in1's giving her frame advantage on block but now they are unsafe so I have no idea what tools we are meant to focus on. She doesn't seem like she belongs in DOA5.
