Yeah, quite a few people have experienced this when spectating in lobbies and Nyotengu is up. Seems particularly high when it's a Nyo mirror.

The throw button technically registers as "P+H" meaning that the "H" button registers when you hit the throw button. As such, you can use the throw button to break all chain throws, whether they be a throw, OH or DH.
