Nope. Just standard damage. Only thing special about it is how awesome it looks. You can look over all izuna damage modifiers here. Izuna can no longer do that in 5U. Which is really annoying because you could in DOA3. Made stages like Lorelei a lot more threatening.

Izuna doesn't really gain "extra" damage. It just stacks the standard fall damage on top of whatever the normal damage output would be. Same as it would for something like Hayate's 6T. Now I could be mistaken, so correct me if I'm wrong. But in the case of Bass' 33T, if your back to the a cliff...
