My actual dislikes are more related to the people that actually play the character, aka, LeeJann players. And don't even get me started on Pablo Lee players, those are the worst.
There isn't a single Bruce Lee fan, JKD practicioner or someone who knows about either of those that has never gone ''wataah'' or acted like Bruce Lee, he's a true to life character, with realistic traits, and that's what I like about him. He's just a normal dude until you actually see him fight.
He is an arrogant asshole, but he has every right to be, he owes everything he is and has only to himself.
The one thing I like the most about him is that he's not a Bruce Lee clone, regardless of what people might say; his story is not related to him, his design is original and his moveset is...
Dang it, I thought he was gonna be last, lol.
There's no denying pre-DOA4 there was almost no story to JL, that ending was a huge lore dump. His story is great though, one of the best ones. I dislike how his role as a bodyguard was ditched right after DOA1, there could have been some nice plot...
I also know Leon is secretly a Hokuto no Ken character and that, Fist of the Desert Star: Leon's Rage will totally be a thing in the future.
I love everything about this character, so satisfying to throw people across the stage and rekt fools.
The stronkest man in the world, I'm sad that his story hasn't been developed more, since he didn't have any in DOA4 and 5, his story with Lauren and his motivation is pretty good, his relation with Bayman and Zack are also interesting plot points. He apparently also enjoys pottery, shows even a...
@KasumiLover69, tell him to stop talking about stuff he has barely any knowledge about. JL is the most original Bruce Lee inspired character in any fighting game. He's not a ''salad'' since he doesn't take from multiple sources. How ignorant can that guy get? lol.
Her voice, Christ almighty her voice, you can't run away from it, JP, ENG, it doesn't matter, it's total cancer on both. I'm also still salty that she can do 4PPP out of DS and Jann Lee can't, that's some bullshit right there.
Fanservice: The Character. Almost no story to talk about, whatsoever, the most sterotypical type of character and the laziest design in the series, a cow motif? Really? A little on the nose, guys.
Nothing to like about her, some synergies in her moveset are fairly cool, but that doesn't take...
I like her design and style, but I dislike her personality, as it seems to change in every game and of course, her god awful ENG VA. Not much to say about Lei, actually, extremely one dimensional.
I don't get this character's story, her entire motive is to stalk Jann Lee and prove to him that she can take care of herself, probably the weirdest reaction to getting saved by someone. She even beats him in DOA4 an yet still somehow wants to fight him again.
It begins....
There's nothing to like about this character, there just isn't, design, character, story, style. It's all BAD, dude. Only thing to be grateful for is the SW costume pack that came with her, otherwise? This character doesn't exist, you can't make me think otherwise. She's not...
Now that he's a cyborg, too, the Cyber Akuma/Cyber Raidou dream match has to happen, it will happen someday. I belieeeeeeeve.
I like him as a villain that balances the story out, I ''like to dislike'' him, I guess, lol. His design has always been awesome too, still waiting on that human Raidou...
Clearly inspired by SF's Akuma, The Regeneration of Brutality and Ayane's illegitimate father. Raidou's a damn good villain, despicable, vile and depraved, he wants power and will stop at nothing to obtain it. Him having an EWGF makes me believe there was an alternate timeline where he went and...
