The closest thing to a Female Tengu in Japanese Historical mythology is the Karyôbinga or Mystical bird from Japanese Buddhism. this looks alot more like Nyo-Tengu (human face, decorative hair ornaments, colorful robe)

No. NyoTengu means Female Tengu. Gohyakumine Bankotsubo is way to long and hard to say for westerners which is why he's labeled simply as Tengu in the game. Nyo-Chan probably has a really long name as well.

Main Issue I have with this design is it is the same color scheme as her C1. It would look better without the kimono imo but the art is beautiful and I love the make up/tattoos.

Personally I like the black one with the mask. The costume in general is so ridiculous, i love it.
