Can't be disappointed if you've already lost faith in the game. Once I played it and noticed the, "Fuck it." nature of the gameplay.

Lol Messed with reversal edge a couple times, doesn't help much. It can even go against you since everyone is guessing. GI is way more useful imo Don't see RevE effecting high lvl play. Hell, I forget about its existence.

Can't defend any of these lol I'd say SamSho out of these but I feel people's admiration for the game is fake AF as with any SNK FG, I can't trust the opinions of players that aren't Japanese, Chinese, Korean or Latin American.

Haven't beat II. There's something about it that the first one didn't really dig into me with. Can't put it into words but the way the game was designed, if not for the story the way it's presented, could have been a one-&-done game. It's basically a tech demo running for AM3 engine showing it...

What's funny is that the whole perception of those games and the voters really aren't too hardcore because if you pay attention to all the nuances and sense of urgency with execution and yomi. The easier games, some of them, are harder and the harder games, easier from this list.

@Force_of_Nature Yeah, and a lot of the moves tend to be stances and variations of moves too. They also tend to be more important in their use overall compared to Tekken where you find the best move that is similar in utility and fundamental pokes for your character.

^/^ This I don't like the victories to feel shallow, it's just as bad as losing. You never really learn from your experience be it win or loss because the pins already set up for you to knock down. Sure, I can win because I know the rules but it removes the factor of discovery and satisfaction...

So, I think it's not wrong to feel superior and know it but let's not get ahead of ourselves with how these games are being designed recently. It's worse when it feels like there's little to learn and boom, everyone starts off on mid-lvl. There's no buildup of skill that feels immediately...
