I think the biggest contenders, if not the king of laziness, is probably Korean MMOs. (least not the popular ones)

Similar to FG tech, it's why it's the standard to always post new findings (with what you can of course) to not only help yourself, but to ensure the character gets the most benefit possible vs a cast. And then people will find ways to use and develop that tech to how they want to play while...
