Tengu should seriously be in SSB4 and it's totally possible too, since Sakurai had once said that guest characters have to have at least appeared on a Nintendo system in order to appear in SSB. Tengu was on Nintendo 3DS. The game is bound to be terrible, but I'd still play it if I could main Tengu.
