You can actually also get limbo stuns off her advance mid punch hold as well, but it only works it they mash after being held, why anyone would mash when they've just been backturned and are minus a million is beyond me, but it does happens more than you think, basically if you advance mid punch...

I don't believe there is, or ever has been, a consistent way to beat mid wake up by trading, there are setups designed to win those trades but those only work when the opponent mashes WU mid kick as early as possible, if they delay or even go for a low kick the setup is worthless better off...
