watching jojos bizarre adventure and its quite living up to its reputation and name.

anyhow this is the anime version

either they're wearing the tightest thongs in history or there is NOTHING there.
They're nude. Think classical roman statues.

i can't even describe JBA, but kid friendly is certainly not one of the adjectives i would use. not because of the asses so much as its super fucking violent and gorey. in the anime some nazi gets his leg chopped off then a pillar man breaks all the bones in his own body and hides in the nazis wounded leg like a fucking squid. also named characters die all the time like its game of thrones.

i cant even tell who this was made for. its presented like seinen, but filled with tons of male fanservice, but has shounenish plots.

It originated as a ripoff of Fist Of The North Star, so no surprise.

As for the poses, the artist was using European fashion magazines for inspiration/reference. You can actually find the original poses in the fashion magazines, even though they are now known as "JoJo poses". Part of the absurdity is these bodybuilders doing these feminine catwalk poses.

Jojo is just fabulous in the most masculine way. At least until halfway through part 4 when the artist changed his style so there's no more masculine men and everybody is an effeminate pretty boy.

What the fuck.

FYI the whole trick to the Pillar Men is that they have total control of their body structure so they can move like they don't have bones. One dies then his brain and eyes pop out of his skull and continue acting as a little monster without yhr original body. Another has a giant retractable unicorn horn and can wiggle around like a jellyfish. Another has a retractable organic chainsaw that comes out of his arms.

I gotta be honest, I'm not really a fan of outfits like the one Rebecca has because I feel that it's a bit overdone, same with Jill's in RE1. Don't get it wrong I do like Tactical outfits at times but mainly when it's something like RE2 Leon's, Jill's in RE1 somehow looks fake.

JJBA is very unapologetic in that regard and somehow, it comes off as very badass rather than completely ridiculous. Again, I think it's mainly how the author is completely shameless and most people see men doing this as out there compared to females in which it defaults to sexy no matter what.

You thought Vanille was 14/15? I mean damn lol.

Overdone? Its a uniform lol. I get how odd jill's is but Rebecca's looks normal.

But yes the real awesome thing is that despite the absurd girly fashion poses and outfits, JoJo remains hyper masculine and absolutely badass. Its like seeing a big mean biker in a mlp shirt and still being intimidated by him.

But Vanille does come across as about 15, yes. Which makes the lesbian tones with Fang, who looks mid to late 20's, a little awkward.

I didn't get 14/15 from Vanille, I got about 18/19. I got the sense she was a young woman who never learned to act her age because of her circumstances especially when you see how Fang dotes over her and protects her. Plus the people of Gran Pulse were probably more wild being like people of the "earth" all having australian accents living in closeknit communities hunting for their food.

Yeah apparently multiple families lived in a single house together and Fang did nanny her alot so I can understand her acting immature and such. I did still think she was 14/15 though but regardless she's 19 in canon so that's what she is.

Also about half way through this discussion I remembered this isn't the Final Fantasy thread so... Oops!

That theory falls apart when you realize Fang is from the same village and time period.

How old did you think she was. Cause I mean her personality and mannerisms is that of an 8 year old half the time so its so hard to tell. Like GRUNT said They also call her and Hope kids through out the game

Nothing about her rang that young to me, because Rikku was a more believeable 14 year old than Vanille was. Vanille was eccentric but she definitely came off as a believable adult.

Nah, hers really isn't that normal, it's just alright.

A big part of the The Witcher game series are the sexy ladies and having teh sexy time with them...but in Witcher 3 Geralt too is quite handsome (in a rugged and battle scarred kind of way, lol). Here some pictures I made:

You can also have him clean shaven or grow out his beard if you like...

And you do see him quite often half naked in the game too...

As a reminder, this was how Geralt looked back in The Witcher 1 and 2...

What is that...? That's not gaming journalism but promotion for some sort of "League of Gamers" thing, whatever that is, but I gave up reading when this was said:

"Do you wish you had the power to change these things? League for Gamers is your vehicle to do that. To use a loose analogy, we’re like the NRA, but for gamers. We’ll go to bat for you, contact press, contact publishers, contact lawmakers, and we represent the gamers’ interests free of any publisher or press influence."

America... ^__^' Sorry, but you completely lost a European here.

Also, even though I feel for the poor guys who have now to go out of their way to import DOAX3 for their collectors editions and promotion merchandise or who have to at least take their time to open an Asian account on their PS4, but I'm actually quite glad that DOAX3 is not officially coming to the West. Imho it would tarnish DOA's reputation even more and some of the Marie Rose related stuff in there would probably be considered at least borderline illegal in many countries here. (Let me remind you, that MR (visually a minor) will be dancing in nothing but tooth floss around a stripper pole!) It would have to be partially cut/censored for the West and then the drama would be even bigger.

I couldn't even read the interview as it was all in complete Japanese... Also, they're over reacting a little bit who cares if its region exclusive or censored? Be happy its going to have English in the first place... It could be like iM@S or Yakuza where they're only in Japanese/Chinese

"Do you miss having a place where you had real freedom of speech to talk about games?"

yeah i sure do miss that. It seems like only yesterday we had that freedom, probably because it was yesterday.

this is the far right version of the SJWs. its literally just like the conservatives "we've been doing it this way for years why even bother discussing anything else? they're wrong we're right." god gaming is getting closer to the politics in the real world i try desperately to avoid.

i kind of wish it did come here just so we could see that eventual moment of "we represent the freedom of artist to express themselves"

*shows video of pole dancing marie rose*

go on defend something that's actually an unpopular opinion for once. if you're going to use my dam countries constitution as your tool then take on the responsibilities that come with it.

Actually people have been doing that but more from a different unpopular opinion aka the KKK and other supremacist groups being able to make protests and rallies with the approval of the city and everything. I mean I've seen people still defend their right to say what they want despite who they are even after being attacked by protesters a few days ago.

i know there are those that do i just dont trust people with the "anti-sjw" mentality to do so.
