Nurse costumes are not ready yet on PS4. It is on their FAQS.
Not a bug. Same for many 2014 costumes, not ready yet on PS4.

Same here! I also cannot transfer my 360 DLC to my xbox one. I'm relieved it's a widespread issue and not just on my system. I e-mailed Team Ninja yesterday about this issue and they said they are currently talking with Microsoft to fix it..

I'm glad, cause I bought every dlc pack and I really don't wanna have to buy them again. I'd contacted Microsoft a couple of days ago to see if they knew anything. They were pretty useless. The woman I spoke to, in the DLC department I may add, had never even heard of being able to transfer anything from the 360 to the xbox one on any game, let alone with Last Round. So I figured I'd wasted my time.

Bought Honoka debut set for the ps3 a few days ago since it should've transferred, but it only shows up on my ps4 ._.
Emailed them a few days ago still nothing.

So is there supposed to be Individual dlc from doa5u available on the PSN for ps4 (for EU theres only one pack that includes 237 costumes that costs roughly 90€ euro).

How is the downloading your old dlc from PSN supposed to work?

Ultimate DLC should show up as Theme Packs, Character Packs from Ultimate, or a complete Ultimate Package. Individual costumes were supposedly only to be available for PS3 & transferred to the PS4 according to the FAQ, but US PSN still seemed to show individual ones I think.

If you paid for any PS3 costumes, if the PSN has been updated, you should be able to download each costume from the store after accessed from the game.

Thursday evening and still no DLC available on HK PSN.
