I don't care what makes DLC so long as Leon's Desert Marauder, Bayman's green military outfit, and Hayabusa's Tekken Lord (that's what it reminds me of) get in over the naked apron and other fetish costumes.

I absolutely adore this one personally. She looks as though she's just walked from the set of Silent Hill and her design kinda makes me think of the Siam's from Homecoming for some reason lol. Love creepy strange designs like this.
This is only comment I've seen that wasn't "OMG, Japan is ridiculous" or some other crap that wasn't completely panning just how it looks, kudos.

It amazes me how even with completely exposed @ss cheeks the designer still managed to sneak in that little @ss window. That's what you call dedication.
Jokes aside, giving someone a cape with a pumpkin in their hair doesn't qualify as a Halloween outfit imo. The rest of it basically looks like it belongs in a BDSM porn video.

The ninja can be Kamen Riders, the 5 "teens with attitude" (Eliot, Jann Lee, Hitomi, Leifang, and Ein) can be Power Rangers (with Zack as the 6th ranger to appeal to someone's preferences) and the 'adults' (everyone else but MR) can be monsters of the week.
And Marie Rose?

The only thing that you need to know is that with his attitude he was able to be banned on DOAW after few days from his registration, and immediately after repeated the same process on FSD.
