Now I love Kiryu, Akiyama, Saejima, Tanimura, Majima, Daigo, and all the other macho-manly Yakuza bad dudes (yes even Rikiya), but nothing tops Ryo and the Shenmue universe in my book.

So with all due respect:
Ryo Hazuki > Kazuma Kiryu
