You want Y'shtola's costume for the the FFXV main characters? I don't think it would suit anyone of the FFXV gang. XD
I'm pretty sure Russian-chiropractic was talking about them, since he was referring to the Roen clothing deal.

Lightning is guaranteed Etro's Knight and Equilibrium, in fact Lightning is the easiest character to milk costumes wise since LR is packed with them

Noctis won't appear until after FFXV gets released.
I imagine the villains will start dropping in after Ramza's release. Looking forward to seeing how they edit some of them. Maybe Sephiroth will actually hit things with his sword. Maybe Jecht will be easier to use. Maybe Kefka will be viable again.

Caius NEEDS to be the villain for XIII and Ultimecia for VIII
The main villain cast is going to happen one way or another. The whole story of Dissidia is Light vs. Dark. Hard to not have bad guys in a series that is famous for their bad guys.
As for DLC, probably a la DOA5A for Arcade version, unlockable from a tile perspective and some kind of paid/point purchase for console. They have outfits they can pull from 012 or even their promotional stuff like 3rd Birthday Aya Brea for Lightning. For the games with sequels and prequels there are also outfits they can use. The options are there and there is no doubt in my mind we just haven't seen them in the videos shown.
Ramza actually looks how I imagined he would look, pretty much like any concept are that you can find of him (minus his face, I'm really hoping his face ends up good in photo realistic mode). BTW watch him get Stone Throw, I will laugh so damn hard if he gets it. Probably upped him to Holy Knight status.

Yeah they seem to be seeing how little they can have at launch and then release more down the road. Killer Instinct seems the worst so far with only 8 characters at launch and then releasing 2 season packs of in total 13 more characters.

Actually it was worse than that since they launched with THREE Characters(Jago, Glacius and Sabretooth) and I know this since I watched that EVO...it was just eugh.
