I'm still quite partial to using Chaos' Revenge yet I haven't put it down since beating Caius, plus it'll be handy for Bhunevelze I would like to get the Ultima but I don't think I'm going to get enough Eradia in time I have about 40 SQs done and 35 canvas of prayers(roughly not exact) and I'm already on Day 11.

I still haven't beat this game, Ground Zeroes and out playing the game made me take a long break, only problem is I kinda forgot how to battle so this will be fun.

I finally beat this game!!!

Last Boss was complete bastard to beat and I actually rage quit, then I remembered I now have SOLDIER and Slayer as well as level 3 beat down and a fairly decent spear so I just jumped and slayered the thing dead.

now awaiting for the credits to end so I can get my NG+ on.

Finally got off my ass, put the disc in, and completed Yusnaan on Day 3.

Also, Summoner schema is ridiculous.

SOLDIER is worse in stagger heavy strike turns into Slayer and you can do about 38k damage each time especially with Chaos' Revenge and Flesh Render which you get later in the game.

I know. With SOLDIER I beat a Zomak for a sidequest I apparently had no right to defeat at that point, considering the next one I found wrecked me hard.

Also, picked up a Shard Blade from Outerworld Services. Best 50K gil I've ever spent.

Outerworld services is unique in it's own way. I believe a weapon becomes even more expensive if you upgrade it to it's maximum and then post it out on the Outerworld services.

Some of the prices are ridiculous for those items from the Outerworld. Talkin bout 360,000 for a weapon. Sheeeeeiiit, you can keep that, lol. I think Elixers are mad expensive/that price too. I'm glad an Ether is only 3,000 and Turbo Ethers are 5,600. I don't have Facebook, so I snatch them up when I see somebody selling one, and try to keep one up for sale too.

Ima drop these bard songs here cause some of yall might like em and can't find em. I know I couldn't for a long while.

The one in Luxerion next to the Forge and Synthesis Shop.

The one in the Dead Dunes at the Ruffian next to the bar.

If you played XIII-2. Then you understand how awesome it was to be walking around Luxerion, and walking past the dude singing this song. Doing a double take and saying to yourself "Wait, is that...?!!"

Bhunivelze can go rot in hell. Has anyone here picked up Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster?

Picking it up this week. My Vita needs non-anime love.

Trust me, the Shard Blade is a steal for 50,000. Especially on Day 4. I'm nowhere near exterminating Reavers and I can't fight one and break the sword. Seriously, fuck the 5% drop rate.

That said, I have exterminated Dryads and Niblets. I'm surprised at how easy the Dryads were.

50 g's. That's more than a fair price. 150,000 and maybe even 200,000 for that weapon. But dam near 400,000 is just a lil much, for me.

And I had no idea the drop rate was that low for a Shard Blade. I must've gotten lucky with that one too. The Wildlands was the very last location I visited. And after showing up there, I'm glad it was, hahah. Those Reavers where every where and kept spawning every 3-5 seconds on me. But I was pretty strong by the time I went there n had a pretty good handle on the battle system. Was like on day 10 or 11, something like that. So I've done a grip of side amd canvas quest by that point.

Also, what do you mean by "break the sword"?.

Yea them Dryads aint too bad if you take em out quick. But once they get on a lil roll after summoning more of em, it can get a lil rough. I remember reading some cat was mad at the game, and calling it bs cause the Dryads were hookin him up and that there were so many of em to fight at once. But he was there on day 2, lol. I was wondering how he even made it TO the forrest.

Under some sort of conditions, you can break a Reaver's sword during the fight, which opens up the 5% chance for a Shard Blade... at least, according to the guide.

Yeah. Double Deity's 999,999 gil.

A bit of me hopes to find a Revenge of Chaos before I have to fight Caius.

Easy Mode and crap luck. Fun fact: Midnight Mauve and Ignition make the forest much easier.

Yeah, he shouldn't have headed to the Wildlands that early AT ALL.
Even if he made it past the forest, The Chocobo Eater would easily end his ass and if he somehow passed that, Caius would easily end him.

Spira's Summoner + Overclock + Elementa = The entire game is a breeze.

Heavy Slash + Cloud DLC = Makes the beginning SO MUCH EASIER.

Chaos Revenge + Any Magic Based outfit = So much easier staggering.

Any ATB Boosting accessory + Soldier of Peace + Strong Physical Weapon = Dead bosses(either from Artemis Arrow or Dazed Induced double damage from Shadowbind into AA...as long as it's in Overclock)

Word? It's probably perfect guarding the attack he does when he does that diving stab thing when he goes way up in the air, after he powers/stands up. I know perfect guarding that attack was something I learned to do quick since it does so much damage, even while holding block it took at least a quarter of my life.

And yea, that Cloud DLC was hella strong in the beginning. Mainly that Slayer attack. I had to swap it out for something else cause it was just too strong too early on. I didn't feel like I was properly learning how to fight since things were dying so fast. I just got the FFX Yuna one. I've heard lots about that one being hella strong too. But I'm on a new game+ right now and at the beginning. So I'm already hella strong. Though I can equip different stuff to balance it out some. Don't always have to have the weapons with the highest stats equipped, ay? ^-^

I also got the samurai pack back when it first dropped. I'm glad you can upgrade stuff to make the weapons worth while later on in the game. The shields are pretty good too right out the gate. I'm having fun trying out a bunch of random garbs, seeing their win poses and hearing the random comments people make as you walk by em, hahah. Lots of the garbs I didn't even realize I had. Was so many, I didn't really analyze em all. Just kinda skimmed em since I was enjoying using dat Tomb Raider one, FFX-2 Yuna and a high magic garb set up. I told myself I'd get to/try the rest of em on my ng+.

I dunno. I beat the Chocobo Eater on Day 2. SOLDIER garb + stagger + overclock = too easy.
Caius, though... still riding the dread train there.

Perhaps. I just know I haven't actually won one yet.

Yeah, some of the DLC's just plain broken. I think the Summoner's slightly less broken, but that's just me.
