Not really. This is the first time an event has coincidentally started soon after a character related to it was added as DLC. Cagliostro is popular anyways so she'd have been added sooner or later.

Their logic for picking him makes perfect sense though. The game has only one harvin so that limits the pool considerably. From the possible choices, I would choose Anre too.
