Its very strange for me, that Tina doesnt get better sexy outfits.
To me, she is the obvious choice for them because she has the confident, outgoing personality and the classic "sexy girl" look. Her Halloween outfit is a major disappointment, next to Rachels and Helenas.

Yeah but you have to remember what the succubus outfit is based on. Morrigan was a haughty sexy European from the noble class. It makes complete sense that Helena would get that. Then TN probably realized that having recolors of Tina's legendary suit was too much and now they've tried staying away from any outfit that shows too much skin (not agreeing with that choice just guessing that's why they did it).
