I wouldn't read too much into that article, didn't really give any stone proof or new ideas just what most people have been thinking, thinking that it will be Baraka, Sindel, Rain and one other. I'd rather Taven, Havik and Deagon be included.

It sounds more like rumors or Gamefaqs wishes than real infos... unfortunately.

The only thing real is that Ed Boon did obtain the rights for Spawn actually, however there is no proof that the character itself is already on the way for MKX. He's on the boat to decide whether he wants to include Spawn in MKX or Injustice II. For all we know, he probably won't even use Spawn at all.

Spawn was my favorite SC2 character...
Though it'd be cool to finally have a game besides Origins where wolverine gets to actually slaughter people with his claws like he does in the comics instead of all the cartoons movies and games showing him just using claws to cut robots and weapons but never people.
Even better if they used Wolvies mid 90s feral look.
