I think it has something to do with making clones in that variation. For ice parries & things like that to focus on defense. I could be wrong though.

Each variation has different effects on the costume. Which is why it's like that, obviously.

Short enough that it could just be dark from sweat. Also looks like its receding.

That or just hair dye.


That said...Kano is the first real Reveal so far.

Ryu scorpion and raiden were all noshits. The other characters are new.

But wasn't expecting Kano due to time skip as he isn't immortal like the rest. Looks like he became more of a cybor. And it says...wrestling? In English? So possibly they basically made one of his "variations' into hsu hao?
