I doubt it. The VF characters and their movesets are property of SEGA. With Spartan-458 it's different because TN created Spartan's moveset.

IF she is being released in Arcades tomorrow, it will be a good 2-3 months before she gets a console release.

I honestly don't give a crap about the stage because while getting more DOA past stages is good, I'm really not a fan of Azuchi.
