^ I don't see any ground relaunchers, just a ground bounce caused by buddha... (watch it frame by frame)

Also lol video's private now... Maybe went out too early? Site's not even public yet
Listen closer and look at Kasumi. You'll notice that after the second 66K, she turns in the air and makes another sound that doesn't happen in DOA5 right now. I'm not writing off your idea, but I'm saying that it's a possibility that there could be new move properties on a crouching opponent/sat down opponent. Maybe even something like :6::6::K::K:, :6::6::K::H+K: or :6::6::[[K]]:

Momiji hit's kasumi 3 times before getting the critical burst. Should we just assume nothing has changed with the stun system then? :/

Some great stuff in the trailer.

Notice how quickly Momiji puts Kasumi into sit down stun > guaranteed Critical Burst.

She has a hit throw sequence, looks like her Izuna.

Kasumi mid hit on Momiji causes a new form of stun, or else its a special property of the move.

At the 44 second mark Kasumi's new animation for second hit of 66KK creates a now grounded stun animation, then launches Momiji with 7K - a specific stun? New Okizeme game?

And as much as I wasn't bothered by Leon, the appearance of the strongest man in the world at the end was HYPE

yep, either a new stun, or a new grounded state that allows for Okizeme (grounded) follow ups.

Like in VF5FS when you knock an opponent down, but before they are hard knockdown/flat grounded, you can 2P or similar moves and bounce up.

Kasumi's attack was a mid, I expect a high would have whiffed.

I'm talking about what momiji's last combo.

What you're talking about could be a oki re-launch like in tekken ?but instead comes from special knock down. Can it be escaped via tech roll?

It'd be nice if the CH and HCH stun to launch properties from DOAD were in the picture. Not sure if you played it, but if you counter blew someone, then next hit got the same height as if it was the first hit. It was still two guesses but for timing you attack right you at least got a good pay off.

Guaranteed? Somehow I doubt that. I'll wait till someone who has hands on with the game who can confirm that. As far as I'm concerned it's more of the same where sit downs are mostly useless.

My God people it's not some amazing new stun from Kasumi. It was just an interaction with the stage from when the statues hand slammed down into the ground.

Funny how you preach, "wait until someone has hands on the game", then you come around trying to confirm it's the slam from the hand. It could've been coincidence.

There's a million possibilities.

It was her new move that put her in that status, statue wasn't doing anything.

lol People must be blind, it's not a new stun. Kasumi did her regular 66K and stunned Momiji, then buddha pounds on the ground and it knocks her down for a small juggle since she was already stunned. (Watch the video on your PC frame by frame, not youtube)

I'm very excited to see more of Momiji though, she seems very unique. She must have at least 2 PB's because there's no way that aerial one is guaranteed after CB. And that stance says Aikido but she's using some of Ryu's moves...

Now here's hoping we see Tengu at Miyama at the end of Leon's debut

I'm going to be very pissed if i don't see anybody playing Leon i however will definitely give him a go.
Don't worry. I'll be playing him especially if he has that one string that's like p6pp for bayman but it ends with a knockback guts punch.

Because the sit down stun is all based on frame data. The other stun if you fucking bother to pay attention to the video the first kick after the initial 66kk setup just does the same stun it always does and the instant the hand slams on the ground Momiji falls to the ground. Sorry for not being blind.

Interesting point. But more interesting is still the ability to attack from that grounded knockdown animation. Is it new?
