Like Cyber said, you can run past a bunch of fights and just power through the mandatory ones on Normal. Takes about 12-18 minutes per level.

I have to go through most the fights in CC

i can only skip a few

If you don't need to wait for a scripted event, a kunai climb, or opening a door, you can skip the fight. Even if it doesn't seem like it.

Her ninpo is easily the best health-gain ninpo in the game. You can get a good, solid heal with even one enemy, but it's best saved for a huge group of enemies or bosses. Very useful on the three purple pseudo-goddesses for example. Good for one full-heal, basically.
As far as her double-jump attacks, I never use them. Not in RE. Haven't really found I way to them them useful.

If you hold y it makes enemies grab you so its easy SoB and also if you hold y and let go before they glow red you will insta OT them which I found pretty cool though im not sure if its a glitch

Kasumi has a lot of i-frames on her XX->X... strings. If you end with a Y strike you can keep holding it and release it to abuse some more i-frames depending on your timing. Honestly I avoided using any of the girls on anything other than Normal (Acolyte and Mentor trials too) because I didn't need to. It's Ryu's game and the challenge comes from using him. Kudos to you for the attempt but yeah, you made it harder on yourself.

If you're not using Sakura Modai you're making things MUCH harder on yourself too.
