I will be picking up my copy of ng3re for 360 later today. Anyone knows if gs giving out the pre order bonus? I didn't get a code printed out on my receipt. Either gs isn't doing it, or doing it differently or there have been a mistake?

Good man. Dragon Sword is a really good game. I recommend borrowing a DS or 3DS from a friend to play through it.

I've been watching playthroughs of Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword and I really liked the anime-style art for NG characters. Anime or CG, either way is fine as long as the story is decent.
Speaking of Dragon Sword, I never knew this game was canon. In fact, it seems like it's actually the direct sequel to NG1. Makes me kind of wish I had a DS.

It is a direct sequel, though not in obvious ways at first. It introduces Momiji, fills in a lot of what a Shrine Maiden actually is, and Kureha shows up in interesting ways. The final boss is pretty cool too.
